THE EASC LIBRARY holds over 300 publications of which nearly half are philatelic, the remainder being of more general East African interest.
Together these form a comprehensive source and archive for students of East African philately.
Members receive a copy of the Library Catalogue and Rules. Subject to these Rules, members can borrow a maximum of four items, usually for up to four months. Borrowing is normally by post (borrowers paying postage and packing both ways), but by prior arrangement books can also be collected and returned at Meetings, if the Librarian is at the meeting.
